Assembly and control jigs for roller shutters
These jigs are designed to improve ergonomics and productivity in roller shutter assembly.
The finished product, vertically fitted, with customer’s side rails and layout, can be comprehensively controlled (BMV5)
most roller shutter manufacturers use tables. Ergonomics and productivity are low.Control is not reliable, as they do not allow vertical layout, or the use of customer side rails.
Operations:
1/ assembly of the box
2/ Fitment of the panel inside
3/ Setting up of the motor, in particular the top and bottom stopping positions (BMV5)
4/ Verification of the roller shutter movement and appearance, in particular the complete
closure of slots in the bottom position, and the absence of visual defects on laths
(BMV5)
5/ Verification of all dimensions including, height, width, side rails(BMV5)
6/ Final assembly of the box, before packing.
The purpose of these jigs is to improve quality, productivity, and to reduce after sales problems,so that costly customer claims are eliminated, providing a faster payback.
