Semi automatic machine: Works from laths which have previously been cut to length Machine-tool designed for assembling and clipping roller shutter panels either in aluminium (rolled formed or extruded) or in P.V.C. The machine is designed to be used with different laths. The first operation consists in fitting the templates according to the laths. These templates are adjusted in factory according to the information you have given to our Design Office. The operator then manually moves the deadstop according to the length of the panel that he must realize and loads the laths in the loader. He enters the number of laths to assemble and presses the button “Cycle start”: the machine works alone and will stop when the panel is finished. Meanwhile the operator is available for other jobs such as sawing laths or feeding the loader. The lath coming from the loader is driven thanks to a caterpillar transport system (tank). This system enables: 1) to pull the lath downstream from the loader 2) to realize notches for the preparation for the clipping process : 2 slots are realized at the end of the lath (opposite side of the hook) together with a milling on the hook side. 3) the punching for the realization of the clipping process.
