This machine is designed specifically for cutting roller shutter components to required lengths. Roller shutter manufacturers usually use standard saws, which give problems on aluminium as well as PVC. The main problems are perpendicularity while cutting covers for aluminium boxes, as well as burrs on the edges. On PVC, the cut area is very often rough with lots of splinters, and safety can be a major hazard. The main purpose of this cutting centre is to ensure perfect cut quality, high productivity, combined with state of the art safety in operation.
