automatic saw JYFA LZ - Machine for cutting aluminum and PVC profiles (batch of slats, side rails, final slats, boxes…)

This is a high productivity version of the JYFA cutting center

The main purpose of this cutting centre is to ensure perfect cut quality, Very high productivity, combined with state of the art safety in operation.

It comprises:

• A 6500mm loading table upstream, for preparing products to be cut. Once prepared, the load is pushed in the feeding zone
• A push type dead stop, feeds the load inside the cutting area
• The cutting centre itself
• A 3500mm table downstream, fitted with a lateral evacuation conveyor, leading to a six position unloading table
