saw JYFAX - for cutting to length steel roller shutter axles

This machine is designed specifically for manufacturers of roller shutters.

They usually use standard saws in the cutting of axles which can result in burrs and deformations, and which make it extremely difficult, if not sometimes impossible, to insert plastic axle caps, or electric motors.

These problems occur more and more frequently, as axle walls become thinner and thinner for obvious economic reasons.

Safety can be a major hazard for operator.

Noise level is very high (blade saws), or productivity is very low (band saw)

 The main purpose of this cutting centre is to ensure a perfect cut quality, combined with high productivity and state of the art safety in operation and reduced noise level (95 db measured in front of the machine at 1m50).

 QUALITY results from a perfectly controlled cutting arm movement which is adjustable according of the resistance of the axle. With JYFAX, it is possible to cut the most recent ultra thin walled axles, trouble free.

PRODUCTIVITY is the result of the automation of the process. Once the loader is filled, and the machine is programmed, it will cut automatically many axles, without any intervention of the operator.
