TB2/S HD drilling bench

High productivity automatic bench for cutting to length and drilling for roller shutter side rails.

This bench is designed specifically for large manufacturers of roller shutters.

It will cut to length the side rails and drill automatically their fitting holes.

It is equipped with two drilling units, which avoids any external burr, and allows two different diameters, 5mm for screw  shaft, 10mm for screw heads, in particular in transversal wall in double walled side rails.

Holes may be drilled simultaneously for optimal productivity; control unit ensures collision-proof movements.

This bench is universal, able to drill any type of side rail, included inside a 105mm X 105mm square.

Holes may be made in any of the side rail wall.

Drilling parameters are determined automatically, however it is easy to personalize the program.

Lateral Adjustment of drilling positions is extremely easy, but it is seldom required.

           This bench is made of:

• An upstream table (which can be replaced by a loader), with a device feeding the profile up to the clamping position
• The cutting to length and drilling unit
•  A downstream table, equipped with a clamp fitted on a linear guidance system.

This system allows the longitudinal positioning of the profile, for cutting to length and drilling. The table is also designed to receive the finished products. It can be automatized and extended to receive up to 10 side rails. It can also be equipped with an ink jet identification system, for marking the side rails.
