B2P - automatic drilling of roller shutter side rails

This bench is designed specifically for  roller shutters manufacturers .

It will drill automatically fitting holes in cut to length  side rails

It is equipped with two drilling units, which avoids any external burr, and allows two different diameters, 5mm for screw  shaft, 10mm for screw heads, in particular in transversal wall in double walled side rails.

Holes may be drilled simultaneously for optimal productivity; control unit ensures collision-proof movements.

This bench is universal, able to drill any type of side rail, included inside a 105mm X 105mm square.

Holes may be made in anywall of the side rail .

Drilling parameters are determined automatically, however it is easy to personalize the program.

Lateral Adjustment of drilling positions is extremely easy, but it is seldom required.

Special clamps may be needed for some side rails, they can be fitted instantly (SMED system)
