Cutting/shearing unit for roll formed sheet metal
Machine designed to cut to length roll formed steel sheets for cladding or roofing. Specifications are as follows : Upstream, the unstacker is supplied with big length profiles (mini : 6m, maxi : 12m, more in special executions) The Cutting center itself , with an upstream table and a downstream table and inside the press in the middle, its cutting cassette manufactured in an aluminium structure. In order to cut another profile, it is very fast to change the cassette (thanks to a SMED system). Downstream, the electric stacker equipped with an electropneumatic deadstop with display allows to realize simultaneously several piles of sheets cut to length (9 to 12 m and more upon request). As an option, the stacker can be replaced by a conveyor for evacuation of short sheets.
Two models are available according to the wave height : from 0 to 80 mm and from 0 to 170 mm.The very high resistance blades are made of hardened and 59HRC ground steel. The sheet guiding is ensured thanks to set of rollers on a revolving unit to ensure rapid change of guidance when changing cassette.
