Interchangeable tools

MECAN’OUTIL has two ranges of exchangeable tools:

1)      Rotary multi station tools for pulling presses PO 329, PO/POP 529

2)      Standard tools for swan neck presses POMO429, MD825, MD1025

For both tool exchange is extremely fast: SMED fitting

 The design with its heavy duty aluminium plates makes them easy to handle

All components are pin located and their identification number is engraved. Exchange of components does not require a professional fitter

MECAN’OUTIL punches and dies are made of sophisticated steels with state of the art heat treatments that will allow a very long life
